Bespoke Leadership Development

I develop bespoke development programmes for leaders at all levels. You may want your leaders to:
- better take up their authority while fostering agency within teams.
- be more able to tolerate ambiguity but also keep clear on the task and performance.
- more confidently harness and foster the value of diversity and difference.

Reflective Practice

If your team is working with risk, reflective practice can support team resilience.

I provide reflective practice to teams working in complex settings. It’s a space to decompress, process the impact of the work and stay well and connected, especially when things are tough or if there has been a traumatic incident.

Making reflective practice integral to your team’s support system can make a real difference in maintaining staff wellbeing and team resilience.

Most common in clinical, care or justice settings, it can also be highly effective in climate, government and high-risk commercial settings.

I've run various reflective practice groups for in-patient mental health teams.

Supervision for consultants

If you are working from a systemic-psychodynamic approach, supervision is key to making sense of what is going on ‘beneath the surface’ in the work.

You help your clients see the bigger picture, challenge their thinking, keep sight of their task and find their right next step. It is important to avoid getting pulled into their unconscious system dynamics.

Whether it is coaches / consultants in training or established in the field, I provide a supportive, containing and supervision space so you can stay aligned to the model, in service of your clients.

I supervise consultants and coaches working across social and private sectors.
