About Jennie

I bring 20+ years practical experience of leadership and management, including as chief executive of a national charity and as a senior organisational coach and consultant.

As well as real world experience, my practice is grounded in rigorous academic study of systems thinking and group dynamics — which I now teach and apply in both executive education and organisational development.
